This custom home, designed for a wooded hillside property, is built using our hybrid system of mini modules. The wet spaces (think bathrooms and kitchen) and mechanical spaces are built into the mini-modules which are then combined with SIPs panels which are used for the larger living spaces and bedrooms. This system is suitable for lots that have accessibility issues such as narrow, steep, winding streets that are too small of our typical larger modules and required cranes. Designed in collaboration with Pamela Pearson Residential Design, this is home will be rated LEED Platinum.
