This home is suitable for a typical suburban lot and creates a wonderful sideyard courtyard for indoor/outdoor living through the expanse of glass door walls. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the second floor and an additional fourth bedroom/study and bathroom are just inside the front door. Fits on a 30' wide lot, though a 40' is preferable.
